- Courses 2 or 4 (main dish or meat only) must be included in all spitbraai functions.
- We present spitbraais at the venue of your choice in the Pretoria - Johannesburg and adjacent areas. Birthdays are usually presented on request at the clients' home.
- Crockery and cutlery are supplied for the meals we prepare and present accept when only course 4 (meat only) is presented and no cutlery or crockery are supplied. The client must carry the cost of losses and breakages. We will remove and clean the cutlery and crockery ourselves.
- We also provide salad dressing for the mixed salad as well as salt & pepper sets for the tables.
- Please note: We do not provide tables, chairs, table cloths or glasses but we can refer you to our preferred supplier.
- The minimum number of people we cater for is 40. We will present a spitbraai for less than 40 people but the full amount for 40 must be paid.
- You may select the salads and warm dishes you prefer. Popular salads are: potato, noodle, mixed, carrot and cole while the warm dishes include: potato, mixed vegetables and broccoli. Additional costs may be added for dishes which are more expensive to prepare.
- We usually arrive three hours before your stipulated time for the food to be ready and depart not later than two hours afterwards. We are therefore to your service for a maximum of five hours. R199-00 is payable for every hour, or part thereof, that we have to stay longer than two hours after the agreed time.
- A deposit of 50% of the quoted amount paid as soon as possible into our account will confirm the booking. Should you fail to pay the deposit in good time we reserve the right to book another function for that day. The remainder of the total amount must be paid in cash after the braai and before our departure. Our bank details are on our website.
